New Projects have been received to the Site; a lot of teamwork and new processes are being improving. They take care about their employees and look after for a heathy place for everyone. A lot of employees that leave the company for Privat reasons they look after to come back to continue their professional career here.
0 stars is too much for a bogus experience, from management to hr (hi) lacking all foreseeable expectations of responsibility and ability to stop the downward trajectory as a whole spiraling into disarray. It’s people like this who would be repulsed at the fact I pray for them, but hey I’m not gonna stop any time soon 🤗
The work here is not hard, quite repetitive but that is the same with any factory work. The place itself is well kept, relatively clean given they make tiny synethetic rubber molded parts for the automotive industry and medical/pharmaceutical purposes. However, I was offered a machine operator position with bonuses at an amazing rate, $1000-5000 every TWO WEEKS. This company doesn't care about its employees other than the fact the employees are another peice of equipment that can be used and thrown out like trash they called me and terminated me on my voice mail like a piece of trash
I believe this is a great company career job for anyone!!
