Do NOT Book This Hotel in Winter – Poor Heating and Unprofessional Service Despite the room being nicely presented, my stay at Quality Hotel Point Cook (Seasons5) on June 1st was incredibly disappointing due to serious heating issues and unhelpful staff. One of the Worst Stays I’ve Had – Extremely Disappointing I stayed at an apartment at Quality Hotels Point Cook on the 13th of May 2025, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had.
