Do NOT Book This Hotel in Winter – Poor Heating and Unprofessional Service Despite the room being nicely presented, my stay at Quality Hotel Point Cook (Seasons5) on June 1st was incredibly disappointing due to serious heating issues and unhelpful staff. One of the Worst Stays I’ve Had – Extremely Disappointing I stayed at an apartment at Quality Hotels Point Cook on the 13th of May 2025, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Very comfy stay! The rooms were spectacular no fault there, felt very personal with relaxing beds. Staff were easy going but be ready for the bond charge that was even more expensive than our stay there. The bond-taking stands out the most because I think it's a silly system. The restaurant tagged on the side there is really good, the food was super surprising (chips and calamari was great) (p.s garlic bread was crispy goodness) also portion size felt good too.
