We stayed at Quality Suites Point Cook Seasons 5 for 10 days from December 2024 through to January 2025, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing Our initial room was old, dusty, and infested with spiders and ants. After the first night, we requested to be moved as my husband was bitten by ants. We arrived late and didn’t want to inconvenience the caretaker at check-in, so we waited until the next morning to raise the issue with reception. The cleaning staff left our room door open after they "cleaned" our room. We discovered it after a day out in the city. Very unhappy as there were many valuables like Christmas present and laptops in the room that could have easily been stolen. On the last day our bed wasn't make after we requested our room to be attended to.

I would like to inform you that when I booked this place you had more than 5 vacancies and within 45 mins I did cancel and advised that it is emergency and I am unable to come. Because it was over looked. They do charge sometime some are nice enough that they will cancel and not charge any fees. Even you called property manager doesn’t want to listen and argue with you. She was no help and not shown any understanding.
