Don't stay here. The room I reserved smelled like smoke. I asked for coffee to be delivered through room service and it never arrived. I tried to order dinner online through the room service information in the room but realized when you scanned the code that it tried to download a trojan horse virus. I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk and she confirmed because the same thing happened to her when she scanned it. I thought the breakfast choice was inadequate. They have an airport shuttle. Large rooms/suites.
One of the staff forgot to give my id back after check in, thats fine. But then in the next day i checked out early morning i already went to airport. Kindly was asking for bring my id because they have ride service to airport or mail to my address i will take all the prices if possible. But the front desk just say No without solution, without any responbility. Very irresponsible. I am very dispointed. I will never back to that hotel again. | Problem solved, get the solution for it! Shady location, but room was good. Bed comfy and everything clean nicely. Breakfast was a joke, no milk, no pancake maker. Only good thing was the coffee and toast.
