I did not enjoy my stay here. I booked a room that was supposed to have a pull out bed. I was given a room without one. When I complained I was told there was no pullout beds. I asked for a roll away or another type of bed. Then I was given a room with a couch for my son to sleep on. We went to that room and my daugher used the bathroom and the toilet overflowed everywhere. When we went to report that I was asked how many times I flushed it for it to do that. No microwave in the room,halls where hot,had to ask for ice bucket
Absolutely horrible. Got to the room, toilet water was off. Got someone to check it, turned on water and ran ALL NIGHT LONG. Then the "brand new" AC unit kept cutting off. 3 different "maintenance/housekeeping " people came in to try and fix, but we had to keep turning on. Never offered to move to another room until we asked, then it was on 3rd floor and we had requested a first floor room. The rooms weren't very clean either. Breakfast was basically non existent. Horrible experience!! I was with them for 5 months after moving to the area and not finding property yet. We paid EVERY SINGLE DAY. A total throughout the time we were there of around 10,000 dollars! Sure they’re nice if you give them business for long but don’t let something happen to your car and you can’t work or they only give you two days before bumping you to the curb. The owner (lady) was very nice and offered to give my two teenagers 15 and 17 a job potentially in houskeeping. She seemed very grateful for our busines... read more
