I had gotten a room at this hotel on the evening of Tuesday 10-25-22. I was waiting at the hotel's reservation desk for about 20 minutes before I was greeted by the only employee working that evening, she had explained that the room would be $80 and the room refundable deposit would be $50 (only cash) in the event of damages. So, so bad! Looked nice for the price on hotels.com. We were staying for one night. Needed an indoor pool for the kids and a location near shopping. Arrived and the lady at the front desk was friendly. The elevator was dirty and there was a trash bag full of trash by an outside door. It stayed there all night. No one bothered to pick it up. Our room wasn’t very clean. They were defrosting the freezer and just left it open with towels on the floor. There were no pillows, sheets or blankets for the pullout sofa bed. Found dog poop in room, toilet leaking, pool closed in middle of day and they just ran us out of pool at 830 for cleaning. It closes at 10 just do it then...Rooms are setup weird and beds sit on a big wooden frame that you bang your leg or feet on everytime u go near the bed.

Had to complain to front desk about the noise twice but noting was done.. Well after midnight it sounded like the people in the room above us was going to come through the floor. The non smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the area around the microwave was just disgusting, floor unvacuumed, the tub was dirty & there is a big spot on the ceiling that is bad

Musty, floors in our room needed cleaned, the pool chemical smell was so strong after swimming it made the room smell even worse letting our stuff dry. Figured being in the area and price it would of been a lot nicer!

Disgusting service! The rooms smelled musty and the lamp shades were torn! The pool was freezing and the hot tub was so full of chemicals it burned our eyes and skin! The "manager" was extremely rude, disrespectful and defensive!
