Quality Storage staff was easy to work with and even after the order was placed, I had several questions about delivery and they were always very kind and courteous. I am so glad that I found Quality Storage Buildings on Facebook Marketplace....it’s not hard to see why they get such excellent reviews. I am so much MORE than pleased with the excellent job the guys did on my on-site 16x10 Garden Elite shed construction. They were VERY polite, hardworking, and professional, with amazing attention to details. QSB offers lots of great upgrades, and still manages to beat the prices of the competition, hands down. I highly recommend!!
WOW!! What can I say. Waited 14 years to get a storage shed and so happy we waited. Quality customer service was absolutely on spot. They anticipated a 5 week wait, but we received it within 10 days. The staff was so professional and the two young men (Tony and Dennis) were absolutely some of the best young workers that I have seen in a long time. They seemed to have much pride in their work and it showed. I highly recommend Quality Storage Buildings.
Save yourself a lot of time! I did the comparison shopping for you. Spent time with some of the best building companies around because I knew this was a long term investment. My last place to visit was QSB. From the moment I met Daniel I was impressed, no hard sell, showed me what I was looking for, I compared the specs to the other companies and they were equal or better in all areas! I am very pleased with my new shed , and very pleased with the whole experience with QSbuildings . Starting with the initial phone call. Very polite & professional. Dale answered all my questions and made the whole process very easy. The guys came out and built my shed on site & had it done in 1 day from start to finish , Painted , all hardware everything perfect. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I will fully admit I was not an easy customer! I changed my mind several times about what exactly I wanted🧐. Dale was extremely patient and helpful all the way through. Daniel and Sam were great! Adrian, even after having truck problems, made sure my buildings got to me asap!! They were delivered a few days ago and they are EXACTLY what I wanted!! Thank you all so much for your patience, advice, at least a million calls I made to you. Absolutely recommend them and already have to many people!!
