This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The local representative is actually pretty responsive but does not deal with sales. The sales department is horrible. From being told we cannot make it in the color of the sample I had, to oh, yeah we can do it afterall, to sending me a sample for 40+ dollars that was broken and had cracked and dislodged stone (pictures attached) and did not match at all in color.... to gas lighting by saying oh its just a different stone with different texture so that's why the s... read more

Commercial and residential. Best looking stone. Turnkey prices. Stone only prices so you can install it yourself or with your own Mason. My first fireplace.

Bad business practices. Was going to sell a car and made a deal to meet up at 3 And he sells out under me. Can't keep there word, wouldn't do business with someone shady .
