BEWARE! Should have known there would be trouble when the technician tried to blow out my system with an inch of snow on the ground last Fall. System was frozen. Another tech came out a couple weeks later and blew out the lines but left the valves open and didn't tell me. Water blasted out when I turned the water on this Spring. Called and sent photos. They were responsive and came out quickly, but they tried to charge 3 times what I could buy the Hydrawise control unit for online. When I asked about the pricing and whether I could just buy the control unit myself and have them install it, they said they were no longer interested and never called me back when I asked for clarification. I'd ask for details around pricing before you decide to go with them.
Amazing service keep up good work
I have used this company for several years. They are always prompt and on time, a few scheduling issues but they are very quick to help the customer. They will let you know at the time of the visit if there are any issues or if you have any concerns. Their charges are fair. I would highly recommend this service.
