Excellent company. Great place to work.
BUSINESS OWNERS... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My father-in-law did some Emergency work for break ins costing over $30,000 and they’ve yet to pay him. They’ve promised to make partial payments and they’re failing to do so. On top of that they’re weeks behind on paying him for regular work. I wish there was some accountability on their end. I’m shaking my head reading these terrible ratings from the poor people they’ve also taken advantage of because it’s unfortunately true. They’re the most unethical company to “work” for.
This company is a joke have been trying for 2 weeks to get paid and still nothing. No call backs or nothing complete joke!
We have tried to collect on two outstanding invoices since December and finally received an automated email response today. When we booked these jobs we were told we would be paid that day via credit card. My contact never answered or called me back to pay. I finally contacted QSI through their website where the automated response was sent to me. from reading these reviews it seems that they are not reliable on their end and do not like to pay their bills.
