Kevin came out to look at window, sliders and french door all of which need repairs. He stated he would send estimate soon. I never received an estimate, nor did anyone ever return my phone calls or respond to messages left on web contact page. I need these repairs and thought I had found a good resource based on reviews and other information. I do not know how a business survives when prospective customers are treated as I have been.

I'm very delighted I contacted Quality Windows & Doors about my home window repair. The guys arrived on time, were pleasant, and completed the task without incident. My kitchen window had a bad crack, but now you can't tell it was damaged. Overall, it was a great experience.

When the glass in our sliding door suddenly broke, I was anxious to have it fixed as soon as possible. The service provided by Quality Sliding Door Repair & Window Repair was excellent! They replaced the glass so cleanly, cleaned up after themselves, and arrived on time. Once more, the new door glides easily. They saved us a lot of trouble, and I'm really appreciative of their prompt, dependable service.
