Everyone is very helpful there. My experience with possibly having an older vacuum repaired easily transitioned to purchasing a new Sebo vacuum. Jessie was especially knowledgeable and took extra time to tell me what repairs/cost my old unit would need, answered my many questions and guided me to a suitable replacement that I am very pleased with.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me get my Miele vacuum fixed. Highly recommended!
This is my third excellent experience at the Tukwila store. They fixed my sewing machine problem immediately. And provided so much good info about how to improve my use of it, and how to use my serger.
This company goes above and being to make sure their customers are happy! I haven’t seen this kind of customer care in a couple of decades. I really appreciate their patience with me as a learning buyer. I went from a very beginner machine to one that is above my experience so it was scary to invest.
