This is my third excellent experience at the Tukwila store. They fixed my sewing machine problem immediately. And provided so much good info about how to improve my use of it, and how to use my serger.
This company goes above and being to make sure their customers are happy! I haven’t seen this kind of customer care in a couple of decades. Staff are always helpful and courteous. They have a great variety of items so you can find what you need. If it's not in stock, they can order it for you. Beautiful quilting fabrics and lots of fun classes. Very knowledgeable in a wide range of sewing and vacuum products to assist you with repairs.
