Quality has been so great to work with and very patient with me as I’m having a hard time deciding on a new machine! All the machines are amazing and a big step up from my 45 year old Bernina. I appreciate all their advice and cheerful attitudes! :)
Customer service at Quality Sewing and Vacuum is always good. If the person you are talking to doesn't have an answer. they will find someone that does. Their service dept. is also great. It's my go to store for sewing/quilting/embroidery/vac needs and they have classes and events that I attend. LOVE this store!!
They were nice and cleaned my vacuum great! I feel keeping your vacuum serviced is better than buying a new one which will cost you triple what you pay in servicing your vacuum
