My experience with Laurie was amazing! She knew how much my machine meant to me and made me feel at ease to leave it there for maintenance. We laughed and talked and she strung my machine with thread to run it and heard the clacking sound which I knew it needed oiling. Laurie was so calm and patient and smiled throughout it all. I enjoyed her personality and her kindness in making me feel good to leave my machine there. I'm looking forward to seeing her again and having my machine work smoothly. Thank you so much!
Took the Learn your Machine Class 1 with Phyllis and learned sew much! Highly recommend it! Can't wait to take more classes. Also, a special shout out to Laurie and Nathan who have helped me the past and are super friendly and knowledgeable!
Stopped by the Tukwila store as I was in the area. Very nice store! Loved all the machines set up and the notions were amazing. The staff were amazing!
Jeremy came and fixed my long arm. The timing was off after I jammed the machine on a thick seam. He was fabulous! He let me watch, he answered all my questions and recommended what maintenance plan to get. He spent a lot of time making sure the stitches were perfect. And then he cleaned and oiled the machine. I highly recommend him for servicing your long arm.
