Little girl BIG help! I recently brought my old sewing machine into Ballard Sew and Vac to be fixed. This was my first experience with the shop other than the occasional vacuum bag purchase. The first women I spoke to told me the machine was pretty much toast and not worth looking at. Great Customer Service! I just brought my vacuum here to be serviced. Even though they don't service Bissell vacuums, they volunteered to take a look at mine to see if it was simply a clogged filter. Sure enough, it was. Lena cleaned all of the filters for me at no charge. Her customer service went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely go back to this place as well as refer my friends.

Bad experience with Quality Sewing and Vacuum Ctr - Ballard Interestingly, I just had a very similar experience as the writer of the previous article titled "Little girl, BIG help." Without going into a lot of detail, I will summarize as follows: I brought two sewing machines into "Quality", hoping to get them repaired. Friendly Atmosphere and Good Selection! I brought in my sewing machine to see if they could show me how to thread it... and not only did they show me ohw to thread it but they gave me a Free class on how to use my machine.. and I didn't even buy it from them. They have a great selection of all the sewing supplies I needed and the prices seemed reasonable. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they were enjoying being at work. It is nice to go into to a store where people really want to help you.
