10 stars! We have been with Quality Services since the beginning. I tell friends, and highly recommend Smart Home service. Quality listens to your ideas, wants and needs. They do what you want and check to make sure it’s right. It’s a very refreshing approach for skilled service in NoVA.
We joined Quality Services' Smart Home program 3 years ago and have been very satisfied with Nelson and his office staff. We greatly appreciate their work and professionalism. We can schedule an appointment within a few days, and if it's an emergency, they come the same day. Thank you, Nelson, and your staff (Monica, in particular) for your services.
Nothing to do with the quality of their work. Had an appointment with them and a realtor to get an estimate and they couldn't show up on time for it...well over half an hour passed and I had to leave because of the realtor's schedule. They called and texted multiple times to get my business but didn't reach out once to tell me they would be late. Not sure I could trust them with a schedule to complete a project.
