Nothing to do with the quality of their work. Had an appointment with them and a realtor to get an estimate and they couldn't show up on time for it...well over half an hour passed and I had to leave because of the realtor's schedule. They called and texted multiple times to get my business but didn't reach out once to tell me they would be late. Not sure I could trust them with a schedule to complete a project.

I am very pleased with Quality Services as a whole. The process from beginning to end was a great experience. I was nervous to let anyone into my home, as anyone would be. Especially since the project I needed done was a fairly big one. Quality fully remodeled my kitchen and I have to say that I am completely satisfied with the end product. This wasn’t my first renovation experience, and I’ve worked with my fair share of contractors. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. This company extended what should have been a maximum three-week project out to seven weeks (mostly because they didn’t show up a lot of the time). Damaged my floors, cabinets, and brand new expensive countertops in the process. Cut corners throughout the renovation and performed subpar work.
