Fast and reliable. When we first moved in, Quality Service Inc repaired our broken heater. Unfortunately, it broke down again the next winter, but when we called them again, they fixed it free of charge since it was the same piece they replaced the year before that had broken down. It's been 5 years and the heater has been going strong since.
Scheduled a technician to be at my house between 8 and 9am no one showed i work the nightshift and so I stayed up to wait on them finally called them close to 10 for them to tell me they were too busy very unprofessional couldn't even call to let me know they wouldn't show i had to contact them wondering what was going on
