Scheduled a technician to be at my house between 8 and 9am no one showed i work the nightshift and so I stayed up to wait on them finally called them close to 10 for them to tell me they were too busy very unprofessional couldn't even call to let me know they wouldn't show i had to contact them wondering what was going on
Great company to do business with..
Great company / bunch of people to work with. Everyone was professional but down to earth good people. They installed my new Trane heat & air unit quickly with no problems, My home has never been more comfortable. I will definitely do business with Quality Service from now on, they are my go to heat and air professionals now. Thanks John Holmes
