I previously had some furnace work completed where I unfortunately took the cheapest route. Now the duct work is collapsing. I called quality service. They arranged an appointment and arrived promptly within the time frame set. They provided an assessment of the problem and the work that needs to be done and will provide me an estimate. Very professional, courteous, and honest.. did I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend quality service.
