Going on 8 months now and I still don't have the completion of the finishing touches on my siding installation. Impossible to get the owner Jim to call back or respond. I've had to ask him to return about 4 occasions, each taking forever to respond. About 2 months after siding was put on it started coming off. It was improperly installed. The lack of communication is very disturbing, however, when its time for the bill to be paid, they are right on getting that check. Installed my gutters have problems with them won't answer phone calls took my 1,300 cash that's it bad business.

We dealt with Jim in April 2020 to have gutters installed on our pole barn. He was initially quick to respond and easy to deal with, but has failed to finish the job that we paid him for. His team installed the gutters, but didn't have the correct brackets on hand to make the gutter profile level (our 2x6 fascia is mounted at an angle).
