I called multiple times. it rings once and hangs up
Do not order from here. Had the exact same experience as another reviewer. Weeks with no update about an order after multiple calls and emails. Emailed and called to cancel, nothing. It’s a scam
Two stars at the moment. Ordered the screens 10 days ago, and nothing has moved on my order. Can't seem to get a reply via email, online form, or calling them. If you call they just testily tell you to wait a second and then transfer you to a number that is just a voicemail. Seems like they're not interested in maintaining contact with people who gave them money which seems odd to me.
Extremely slow and lacking good communication. Placed an order several weeks ago, followed up a week later to see when we could expect the order to arrive. Received a reply the same day saying "Should be no more than week before we ship out." Wrote back to ask if that meant a week after ordering or a week after that email? As of writing this review it has been 1.5 weeks since that email -- Never received a reply and never saw the order ship.
