QUALITY RUSKIN APT CORP. LOOKING BETTER THEN EVER – THE BUILDINGS ARE LOOKING THE BEST THEY HAVE IN YEARS. THE SIDEWALKS LOOK GREAT AND THE BRICK CURBS ADD A GREAT TOUCH. THIS COOP HAS NEW INTERCOMS NEW ROOFS AND INSTALLED CLADDING AROUND THE PARAPET. THEY HAVE HIRED A LANDSCAPING COMPANY TO HELP IMPROVE THE GROUNDS, AND INTEND TO REPLACE THE FENCING AROUND THE COMPLEX. THE CO-OP HAS ACCOMPLISHED A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND I EXPECT MORE IN THE NEAR FUTURE
Great Apt - Would Recommend – I currently live in one of the co-ops 12 buildings and have lived in two other of the buildings over the past 7 years. I started in a Studio and then moved to a 1BR and then purchased a 2BR last year. The buildings are great, and well kept. There's no doorman but that's not really an issue. The manager and the maintenance staff do a really good job and have been more than helpful to me over the years. Big apts, lots of room and closet space. The roach problem seems to have been taken care of, so keeping fingers crossed.
