BUYER BEWARE! After the big hail storm of 2018, I hired John Lysne from Quality Roofing to replace the roof on 3 separate buildings. I paid an extra $1000 out-of-pocket to upgrade to Malarkey Legacy impact-resistant shingles on one of the buildings. Two years and another hailstorm later, I'm told that I DO NOT have upgraded shingles on my roof at all, and shouldn't have been charged more than $750 even if I did! John got us on the schedule to get our roof replaced for one week out to close a real estate transaction. Getting scheduled so soon is unheard of during hail season in Cheyenne. His crew tore off and replaced our whole roof in about 12 hrs and cleaned everything thoroughly. I had no idea there were different grades of shingles and some that would resist hail damage.
