I called to get an estimate on a roof repair. The estimator was out on June 30 and said he would be back with an estimate in the next couple of days. I never received an estimate and when I reached out to the estimator, he never responded. I don’t know if the job was just too small for them to bother with. But I thought somebody would have the decency to get back to me.

Don't bother with the one in Fort Walton Beach. It was open but no one there. When we called a Paul aka AI answered and sent us to a voicemail. Terrible service. AI should not be in charge of many businesses since it was wide open with the computer room wide open. No security.

The crew arrived around 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time and got right to work. They worked hard, kept me informed of any problems. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to those looking for roof repair or replacement!
