Apparently, this isn’t company values it’s time more than yours. I have gotten 5 roofing quotes. Each has shown up at the exact time they were supposed to. But, with what I thought was an 11am appointment, at 11:15 I called the company to tell them I had not heard from their agent. Apparently, I am supposed to have waited from 11am to 1pm for them to show up. This isn’t a cable television company coming to repair my cable. It’s a company who is selling me $20,000 roof. Ehsan, our estimator, came out two days after Hurricane Milton. He was honest with his assessment and gave us several options. We appreciated his quick response. The crew was very professional and courteous. It was the neatest work site I have ever seen. I have not found a single nail on my property. The roof looks great.
Some of the nicest ladies in the office.. the sales guys are very knowledgeable..& the instalation team was quick, clean & professional.
