I needed my roof and gutters to be replaced after a hailstorm and I had shortlisted this company among others. I am someone who will do my research about contractors, the quality of the materials used and what it should cost me. I talked to the shortlisted contractors some of whom wanted to upsell, some who gave me suspiciously low quotes and then a few who were in the ballpark, seemed to have the knowledge and most importantly someone who I could place my trust. We installed a new roof about 2 years ago from Rick and were very pleased.We echo all the previous comments. No high pressure sales which always turn me away from a business, extremely easy to contact and response time is very quick. Highly recommend this business.
Rick has put on 2 roofs for us, 6 years apart. Both times we had softball-sized hail, so there was no escaping a new roof! He met our insurance adjuster to make sure he didn’t miss anything hail-related. He likes to throw in something extra so we got leaf covers on our gutters at no extra charge. I have referred at least 3 others to him and they were very happy with their new roofs. Rick isn’t done until you’re happy!
No high pressure sales, options are given and you choose. Rick is very kind and explains everything from first to last. We were weather delayed and he stayed in constant contact. Crew were prompt, polite and professional. Clean-up was total. And Rick came BACK out as job was being completed to be VERY sure we were pleased. Nobody else will ever touch our roof!
We had a great experience with Rick and his team. Would definitely hire again should the need arise.
