It was a great experience from beginning to end. Teams showed up on time, if not early and did a great job including clean up
Roof has been great for the past 3 years. No issues. Original install was done while on vacation and everything was picked up and just as we left it. They originally said they would paint my chimney cap but instead replaced it at no additional cost. Now that I'm selling my house, the inspector wanted kick out flashing in two areas and they came out and did it with no fuss and no cost.
*Update: still waiting on gutter repair, several weeks later. Poor communication and unapproved additional charges. This company cost a few thousand dollars more than the other quotes we had gotten. We went with them because the salesman assured us of a seamless process with a quality result. What we found after the project started was a very quick breakdown in communication between sales, management, employees and the subcontractors that were used. I am extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the roof that Quality installed on my house. From the sales team, the office staff and the roofing crew, the whole process was excellent. John Hoyt, my salesman was professional and extremely easy to work with. Jimmy Perez the site supervisor was available throughout the installation process and was able to answer all questions.
