Called four times over a two week period and asked for a roof inspection. The receptionist kept taking my information and saying that the roof inspector would call me back when he was ready to schedule. On my fourth call, the receptionist put me on hold and a man answered. I told him I needed a roof inspection and he said "Let me tell you how I do business, but not trying to insinuate anything but...." and proceeded to tell me a roof inspection was $500 upfront before we can schedule. Installed our roof and did not do part of it properly. When my husband pointed it out they came back out and "fixed it". Now that their is a leak they will not fix it. Every roofer we have had come out and look at it said that they did not do it properly. They would never do what quality roofers did to "fix it". Will need to get half our roof torn up just to fix their mistake. Wish I could give them 0 stars since this has caused more damage to our house.
