Called four times over a two week period and asked for a roof inspection. The receptionist kept taking my information and saying that the roof inspector would call me back when he was ready to schedule. On my fourth call, the receptionist put me on hold and a man answered. I told him I needed a roof inspection and he said "Let me tell you how I do business, but not trying to insinuate anything but...." and proceeded to tell me a roof inspection was $500 upfront before we can schedule.
