We've used QRS for two renovation projects and have had excellent results both times. Scott is an outstanding project manager... we found his communication skills to be superb. They team worked extremely hard (long days and weekends) to meet the completion date targets and the quality of work was always on the mark. All promises were kept and often exceeded. QRS was not the lowest quote we received for each project, but the value we got on our spending was great. Top recommendation.

I had a great experience with QRS! My mother had recently done her home renovation with a different contractor and had a horrible experience, so I had a lot of trepidation going into this process. Scott and the rest of the QRS team made this process so easy for me, and I am so pleased with the results of their hard work. They worked great with my lender, they were professional, and their communication with me was where it needed to be.

I hired QRS to do some demolition work on the project. They do move fast but are not through and will not make sure everything is done, you must watch them. The want to get in, get out, get paid. The do a good job of keeping you informed. The biggest mistake was allowing them to demo the windows and put temporary security measures before windows could be installed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve worked with JP and Quality Reliable Solutions on multiple occasions and in every instance they have performed quality work in a timely manner. JP was very responsive and was available anytime I had any questions. I really appreciated that he always kept me informed about the progress of their work. I hired QRS to paint the interior of my home, install laminate flooring, install carpet, install granite counter tops, replace all base boards, and install plantation shudders. I informed the project manager that I needed to be out of the rental I was living in by February 1. He assured me that this job would be finished in one week, maybe two.
