Quality Quest is one of the worst employers I ever worked for. No one seems to really know what's going on, as those running it have little if any administrative skills. And the health care component is mostly a joke, as when health issues are brought to the nurses' attention, they are put off or dismissed or told to work with the family. Sharrie Follmann is especially hard to work with, as her people skills are severely lacking.
