NEVER. RENT. FROM. THEM. If I could give them less than one star I would!! The owner of the house has been nothing but terrible since the beginning. The property they first showed us was severely trashed and damaged from frat boys that lived there and went to Elon previously. We also saw a second house in the same trashy condition that they posted online that made me and my boyfriend to believe it was clean and livable..it however was not. Me and my family love our house we just move in Wednesday but our air is not working at all been two days waiting on them to fix it. Once they fix ASAP I will give a better ranting
Roach infested call and complain and they either never call back or say well I have to ask Ron if it's ok. Leaks everywhere air broken. Smells like weed Inside . Was told I needed to go buy fans and open the windows on a day it was over 90 degrees outside not to mention there are no screens on the windows.if you are thinking of renting from this company dont do it run as fast as you can and never look back
