I have rented from this company for about 6 years. I was evicted because I lost my job and could not pay my rent. During the court proceedings, Mr. Rood (the owner) was compassionate and understood my situation: I had just found a new job that paid me a lot less than my previous job and I could not afford my place anymore. I just wanted to say Ron was very nice to me i got all of my deposit back and no grief.
My experience was very good. Amy, Allison, and Stanley are wonderful to work with. They are fun. I rented from QPM for 4 years. In the past, the front office had some service issues. All I can say is that NOW they have a great service team. When I moved out, I got the majority of my deposit returned. Although, I had to pay for some damage that I created. Oh well,such is life and I need to be responsible for my actions. I recomend this company. They were fair with me, and fun to deal with.
They've ignored my requests for statements, inspection reports and copies of leasing contracts and got upset when I pointed out obvious failures in their vendors.
I am happy with how they have managed my rentals. They have been fair and have worked to keep dead beats out. Their eviction service is second to none. QPM only gets 4 stars as none are perfect, and all eventually make mistakes. I fully endorse this company.
