After a rocky start Stephanie was able to hook me up with a caregiver named Ashley who is a rock star. At age only 21 she is not only highly talented in her caregiver skills but is exceptionally skilled in her ability to relate to the consumer conversing with you like she has always known you! I can’t put into words just how talented she is and Quality Private Home Care provided her!

I have needed a CNA to help me for about 1.5 years. This agency strives to set you up for services with people who are compatible with you. For most services if not all, they coordinate the times that you want and need. They are very helpful with making suggestions or referrals to other agencies in which they do not provide services. This private home care agency was sent by the angels. My mother was in need of health care services. She is alone at home in her 80’s and lost my dad (Her husband) last year and quickly declined. Working with the clinical coordinator team led by Stephanie was amazing. I first contacted Stephanie back in March as we were unsure of how the whole process worked.
