If you like to leave messages on a machine every time you call, this is your place. If you don't like to wait and hour to be seen this is not your place. if you want to have a video appointment and be left waiting an hour and you have to hang up because you have to work AND they don't call back this is your doctor. Rescheduled an appointment without calling me and then called from a Virginia number and left a message about the appointment. "Quality" is a joke.
