Great staff of hardworking folks that are very knowledgeable in their profession. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs work done or even just some questions answered!
Bought 300$ alternator, it went bad within a year, 30$ to ship back, returned working, 2 years later alternator dies again. Quality Power, says i got invoice, Not! They don’t keep any records of when was returned, or who purchased it. Quality should be removed from their company name.
Amazing service. I placed an order for an alternator online. I received 2 calls from Kevin prior to it being shipped out to me. Apparently my vehicle has 2 different alternators that would work for it and he wanted to ask me more questions to ensure that I received the correct alternator. That is something unheard of from any business. They would simply have shipped the one that I placed an order for and called it a day. Thanks so much for going above and beyond Kevin. After about 7 months my alternator went bad again, instead of them keeping your info on record they want you to have your receipt
Kevin is and his guys super nice helping me out. Running a high output alternator from them, had a small issue and they didn’t charge me a dime to look at it. Supper appreciative of there time and knowledge.
