Rusty and Martha were so beyond helpful and informative! They went above and beyond helping us figure out how to understand our new pool filter, pump, and salt cell! After 5 years of getting the run around from other companies! I left their store completely understanding how my pool functions with the chemicals I need to balance it out and our kids will be swimming by tomorrow! So everyone is happy. So worth the 1/2 hour drive! Thanks again to you both!

As new owners, their "pool school" was a must! Testing, chemicals and many necessary supplies are always available. Rusty, Martha and the whole staff are very friendly and helpful!
My 18 x 36 in ground has been in the ground since 2002. I have worked with 3 different pool companies before I moved to Quality Pools in Knoxville. Needless to say this is THE BEST BEST POOL COMPANY IN KNOXVILLE! Martha, her husband and Justina are the BEST YOU WILL EVER WORK WITH HANDS DOWN! My pool is CRYSTAL CLEAR!
