Marla was polite and wonderful!
It was small but was within what I could afford. Passcode access was easy everytime! Friendly Manager and explained and walked me through the steps on how I could do online application! Also did a follow up once I removed all items! Wonderful experience
I had a hard time getting actual prices and directions going through the 3rd party phone calls, I ended up at the wrong location, and when I got there, there was nobody in the office and there was no answer to my repeated phone calls.. the price of the unit is actually double what they advertised because of the mandatory monthly insurance fee that they don't mention in their ad, so even though they advertise first month free, with the insurance fee, and the $30 start up fee, you still end up paying a little more than the adv... read more
