They didn’t install our kitchen garbage disposal properly. Paid $200 for parts and $200 for labor. Should’ve just done it by myself. Rubber sealant got loose after five months, causing huge water damage. Still waiting for a resolution. Update: they quickly dispatched someone to our property and inspected everything after receiving my complaint. Quality did a great job for us. We asked him to quote work for a Water Heater price comparison - and gave him the specifics that we gave others. Quality was the best price and Kipp was easy to work with. Ultimately, he found an unused re-circulation pipe and saved us money because it meant he didn't need to install a new system. Quality has our strong recommendation.
