Quality did a great job for us. We asked him to quote work for a Water Heater price comparison - and gave him the specifics that we gave others. Quality was the best price and Kipp was easy to work with. Ultimately, he found an unused re-circulation pipe and saved us money because it meant he didn't need to install a new system. I called about some relatively simple plumbing work for a leaky toilet and bathtub faucet. Nothing crazy. The receptionist didn't ask any questions about the work, but just scheduled it. I waited two weeks for them to show up to my house, only for them to not give me a quote, and tell me that they wouldn't be able to get all of the work done in one day.
