Kip was great! He tried a possible solution to our broken water heater. When it didn't work, he explained my options and he was very patient answering questions I had. Have always been happy with the service that Quality Plumbing offers.
Our experiences with Q.Plumbing were entirely positive. All communication from various employees were clear, prompt and sensible. .The plumbing team’s work onsite was entirely consistent with the contract and their results top-notch. We’ll call Quality for future plumbing work in our home, and we’ll ecommend them to friends.
Quality does great work at fair prices. They came out to address my water heater issue very quickly and had it sorted in under an hour. I was referred to them by Kelso heating and air, and knew if Kelso recommended them they would be a good company. I wasnt disappointed.
Always great, quick service. Accommodating and very helpful all around. This visit was a sump pump replacement which went very smoothly. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and handled a few unforeseen hiccups expertly. I use Quality for pretty much all plumbing issues.
Excellent service with all questions answered!
