J.Travis was very courteous and professional. He called a half hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. John is a very nice polite young man. I needed plumbing repairs in both bathrooms 🚽. We discussed what I needed and he completed the work. Upon completion he noticed water at the base of my toilet. First class company that always kept my best interest in mind! I was able to discuss options in replacing my water heater over the phone and via email with the home office staff. They did an excellent job of laying out all of the options available to me and made a recommendation for what would be the best fit for my situation and budget. The technicians (Nate & Seth) not only got the heat working and the leak repaired at my mother's home but also found and hooked up a heat bank that was never done originally by another contractor.
Completely unprofessional. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Had Brad come give us a quote for a new heat pump system and ductwork. We liked his ideas, and he was very friendly. We discussed our budget and he said he it would be 'no problem' to do the work we wanted within our budget. We needed specific information included in the written quote, which he also said would be 'no problem', and he would email it to us.
