Terribly unprofessional, lazy, and expensive.
Had a hot water tank that was leaking from the bottom drain outlet in a tank that Quality plumbing had “leak tested” a couple of months ago and apparently passed their test. Went over to Quality plumbing with clear pictures of the leak expecting it to be a fast/inexpensive fix. They sent 2 technicians out to fix this problem. It took them 2 hours to switch out the faulty drain outlet. The majority of the time these two guys were joking around in the basement not getting anything done.
