Joe came and looked at our air conditioner as it wasn’t working! He showed me everything he was doing and had me take pictures to show and explain to my husband! Awesome customer service and such a nice guy!! Definitely sticking with this company for all our plumbing, air and heating!!
Thank you, Thank you! I had to call the on-call number shortly after 7am on New Years day and Joe, from Quality was at my door in 2 hours. I was not his first call this -20 below morning. Joe was professional, efficient and gave me suggestions and pro-active advice in the furnace world. I would recommend Quality to anyone in the Indianola area!
