Friendly staff, and fixed my problem quickly. Was overcharged initially, but they came back and made it right.
Friendly enough, but they charged $60 just to come by. They graciously said they’d deduct that from the bill if I got the work done during the visit. But they charged me $300 to replace a shower knob cartridge. No new knob, not even a new screw (the existing one is nearly stripped) – just the cartridge. I did a product search and the most expensive cartridge I could find online is $30. So they charged me $270 for about 10 minutes of labor. They charged me a (projected) hourly wage of $1,620/hr! Ivran. He's self taught and has absolutely no idea what he's doing when it comes to plumbing. this is why he charges less than an average plumber. First I told him I especially bought this water softner/filtration system because it has a leak detector that comes with it and shuts the system off in case of a leak. He didn't bother installing it.
