In the SoCal area. Brian was super observant and thorough in checking our home, explaining with full transparency what they could and couldn’t do based on our home construction. We had others come by and they were not as upfront, making promises they couldn’t deliver. Brian demonstrates transparency and integrity, and I would totally recommend this company based off our experience with him.
Quality Pest Services was sub-contracted to do the tenting and fumigation of our home in May 2025. It is unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, because the first gentleman (Marcelo) that I interacted with, who inspected the house before tenting, was very nice and helpful. However, when the job was completed I discovered that my outdoor television was damaged from an impact to the screen. Chris (in the Bay Area) arrived on time to make repairs found by Clark Pest Control. Chris is professional, takes very good care of my property, did excellent work, and most importantly, made me feel very at ease and comfortable that he was going to do a great job. I really appreciated his comfortable manner and I would recommend him very highly.
QPS is the industry leader for Fumigation. They are thought leaders and have a very professional & knowledgeable staff, from top to bottom.
The construction team from Quality Pest Services did a great job of removing some extensive wood rot & termite damage from underneath our 2nd floor walk out sun deck. From start to finish, Jake Hanneford, Project Manager, coordinated and ensured that the project was completed on time with the quality of work being exceeding my expectations.
