When we first moved to Madison we shopped around a bit for a residential exterminator to perform a complete termite inspection on our new home. We liked Dorsey's helpful attitude and pleasant demeanor right away and liked Hamlin Pest Management even more when Dorsey came out and we saw how thorough he was. We just had our rental home in Madison treated for termites. Hamlin Pest Management did an amazing job. Dorsey came out and did the initial termite inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Less than a week later, the residential exterminators showed up to do the termite treatment. They were extremely nice, worked around my schedule and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, it was the best experience we've ever had with a pest control company.
