What a great service that was provided for a loved one!!! Would highly recommend
I highly recommend this patient transfer service.This service really helped my mother when my father was being transferred home from KGH.They were very professional and courteous which put my mom at ease with our family situation.It is nice to see that people still care today in our fast paced society.
On Feb 14/25 I had booked a transport for my father from kgh to Cat Heights Retirement Home. Our driver was Erik and I wanted his supervisor and manager to know how wonderful he was. My dad is elderly and was very anxious to get home. Erik was kind,caring and spoke to dad with much respect.I will definitely recommend your services Thank you again Erik Pauline Cochrane
Kingston General Hospital Staff reported that Quality Patient Transfer staff members did not use appropriate techniques when transferring my mother with dementia. They refused to refund me despite not informing me of cancelation policy when I initiated the request and causing my sick mother undue stress. They charged me 150 dollars and I still do not have a receipt 3 weeks later.
Excellent service by friendly and professional staff! After breaking my tibia, I needed to get to and from the hospital for standby surgery. My home has steps leading up to the house and several more inside that lead to the main floor. Despite being short notice, they made sure that I felt safe and comfortable and got me to the hospital in plenty of time.
