I visited Quality Optical for a routine examination after seeing online reviews for the first time. I had booked an appointment for 4pm. I was there at 3:50. The store seemed very busy and most of the people were there for eye exams so I told the lady helping with registration that I had booked an appointment, she asked me to wait and boy, that wait was endless. I understand appointments run late but this was particularly frustrating because I sat there for 45 min and not even once anyone came to me to explain or acknowledge... read more
They were very helpful. I was buying my first pair, and thry were very supportive. They matched my personality in terms of figuring out the styles I wanted, and getting me something that I want to wear.
Always a pleasure to have our eye exam with them. They also have plenty of eyeglasses to choose from. Gina and everyone is helpful and friendly.
Awful service, not recommended.
awful, the worst experience so far. try to avoid the place if you want to save your time and money.
