I live at Parc West and have noticed the main pool not being kept up to standards. Don’t know if the Asian/Hispanic guy driving the pick up truck rushes thru the service but I’ve noticed the pool and spa have been neglected and are milky to the point you can’t even see through it. I’ve had a neighbor complain about her husband and children getting very ill after swimming. Maybe they need to spend more time checking chemicals and not rushing but it’s a not a good look for you guys when things like this happen.

I live in SummerTrails . It is almost May 1 We had a leek and lost over 5000 gallons because it took many days to respond. Same thing happened last year when they drained the pool in summer. They don’t care
