Im not sure what I think yet, because i just started the program. Ive done a lot of research and the views of Dr. Nagels staff make sense. His diagnosis of me having PCOS makes sense in accordance with standard symptoms. Ive researched all the supplements he uses and they all check out. It is expensive and Im about broke now from the first big payment. HOWEVER, I think staying fat and sick will end up being more expensive. Personally, my life is worth it. Having a baby is worth it. Carefully assess what your want from this doctor. If you are looking for alternative medicines and a hefty monthly bill to buy his recommended vitamins, herbs and supplements - then, go for it. If you are not looking for the above or simply cant afford it, I would personally go to another doctor. He appears not to have time for patients who are not on his "program".

I would still be on high does of anti-depressants (as I had been for 25 years) if it wasnt for Dr. Nagel getting to the root causes of my depression and fixing the problem. Thanks Dr. Nagel.
