Quality Neurology has the most uncivil, unpleasant and inconsiderate front desk employee. Jessica was highly resentful towards me for asking questions about potential care for my father, a former active duty Veteran. Jessica was demeaning, refused to answer most questions, and even went so far as to say we should find another clinic because she tried to lie about how long she had been working for Quality Neurology. I had my daughter come with me to my appointment as English is not my 1st language. Dr. Beerepoot and Lindsay are great and have help me out dearly. I love the office staff and I know my daughter sees Lisa who is their psychiatry provider.
I recommend both Dr. Beerepoot and Lindsay as neurology providers! They are straight to the point and communicative. They listened to my concerns and have helped me out deeply. I tend to be scared to see doctors since I had bad experiences at UF but with them I never once felt scared. I appreciate the clear policies they have in place every time I come in because I do forget here and there but they are understanding! Dr. Beerepoot is the most genuine, thoughtful, helpful and kind neurologist I have ever met. He takes time not only to listen to his patients but also to explain things thoroughly. I also appreciate how direct and straightforward he is with his patients. All the staff here are professional and work very efficiently together as well! Would highly recommend for anyone in Alachua county!
They’ll charge you ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS if you miss an appointment. PETTY AND UNETHICAL. I’ll give them my money that they are demanding, and then I am done with this place.
