They’ll charge you ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS if you miss an appointment. PETTY AND UNETHICAL. I’ll give them my money that they are demanding, and then I am done with this place.
This review is only for the EEG technician, Jessica from this practice. This technician stands out from the rest of the staff at this practice. Jessica is very competent, pleasant and efficient! Please, note that this review DOES NOT include the doctor. Very disappointed in him. Too non-nonchalant and not very helpful. Told me there was nothing to be done with the pain in my hips, and that was that.
i will never return to this office, the staff are so rude and obviously don’t care about the patients at all.
ABSOLUTELY worse physicians office. Arrived 9 min after my appt due to being stuck in traffic and the office staff did not check with the physicians, just refused to see me as they stated they have a 10 min no show policy and since it's basically 10 min they will need to reschedule.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Quality Neurology, Dr. Beerepoot, and Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Falk. From the moment I stepped into their office, I felt welcomed and cared for by every member of the team.
