John Raggiunti who is running this business mainly , was the most helpful at the worst conditions when I had lost my keys. He was very patient and cooperative and finally gave me a car which was beyond my expectations. Will definitely return.
Nice people, they are wholesaler and work dealer to dealer mainly, so you should not be expecting a showroom condition. But their prices are really good that leaves room for reconditioning on your own.
John is an awesome guy. He’s straight forward with his words. I recently purchased a vehicle from quality motors and even though I was out Ontario, John arranged all the paperwork including registration and even delivered it to an address that I provided him. I will definitely recommend Quality motors to anyone who wants to buy a used vehicle.
I had an extremely distressing experience with this dealer. After initially placing a $1,500 deposit, I changed my mind about purchasing the car and respectfully asked for a refund, explaining my situation as a single mother in need of the funds. Unfortunately, not only did John refuse any communication regarding a refund, but he also became aggressive—sending repeated emails and even registered mail threatening legal action if I didn’t proceed with the purchase.
