While the experience was alright at first, they did not have basic understanding of how basic registration processes work, and cost me an extra 350 dollars out of my own pocket because of THEIR mistake, which they refused to acknowledge or fix. Just know that you may spend 20,000 dollars on them, and they will refuse to fix their own 200 dollar mistake and then make you pay for it, and threaten legal action like they did against me. Typical sleezy car sales.
What an awful experience. They registered the car into the wrong state, and then would not help fix or pay for me to get the title switched so that I could properly register and title my car. It has caused me weeks of headaches, and then I was threatened with legal action because of their mistakes and lack of knowledge. DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!
This is by far the best locally owned small hometown car lot!! Jason and his staff go above and beyond to make sure there customers are taken care of! I am on my second vehicle from them and can only speak highly and say great things abt them all! My first car caught fire and THE NEXT DAY HE MADE SURE I WAS IN SOMETHING NEW! No hesitation! No questions asked! He went OUT OF HIS WAY TO ENSURE MY FAMILY HAD TRANSPORTATION! I highly recommend these guys to everyone! You won't be disappointed!!
