I forgot about my appointment and 4 hrs later called and they still took me in! Great customer service right there!
I can't think of anything to improve the service department. They were quick, professional and very friendly . The sales department definitely needs improvement. The sales person I dealt with was curt and pushy. To me she acted as though I had disrupted her day by trying to purchase a new vehicle. She acted like she didn't care or was trying to sell cars to more than just me at the time I was there. I went to another dealership two hours away. My trade in value with the farther away dealership was $3000 more than this dealer... read more
