We’ve been seeing Dr Ashraf Aboud for over 20 years, and he’s honestly been incredible for our family. He always asks how everyone’s doing and remembers the little things. My husband has been through some very serious medical episodes, and Dr Aboud has always been there with calm and clear advice. He genuinely cares. When my specialist was away, he went out of his way to help and even checked on me over the weekend. Safe to say we trust him completely and feel really lucky to have him as our family doctor.
This is one of the worst medical practices I have encountered. The doctor is verbally abusive toward vulnerable patients, including making comments about government benefits and telling patients off. He has also breached patient privacy. The doctor is abusive toward staff members as well. The reception staff appear untrained and disorganised No patient should ever be subjected to abuse, discrimination, or humiliation in a medical setting. Extremely disappointing experience. This was my first visit to this doctor, and unfortunately, it left me with serious concerns. He appeared unprofessional and disinterested, asking only a couple of questions before jumping to a diagnosis and prescribing medication. The consultation felt rushed and lacked proper assessment.
