Extremely disappointing experience. This was my first visit to this doctor, and unfortunately, it left me with serious concerns. He appeared unprofessional and disinterested, asking only a couple of questions before jumping to a diagnosis and prescribing medication. The consultation felt rushed and lacked proper assessment. Today i walked in and asked kindly from old ladi she was at reception and doc ashraf was there with few patients i asked ladi kindly can i wait to see doctor i don't have appointments she was very very rude and embarrassed me infront of of others and told me off u calked me before and i told u we fully booked i said to her over phone im going away i need to do now i dont mind to wait she said over the phone that 8 patients waiting thats very bad i see doctor ashraf over 10 years
