Doctor requested an ultra-sound scan of my right arm on a Sunday afternoon, sent to QMI Monday morning. Today is Friday, I have spoken with QMI 3 times this week, yesterday I was assured that the person doing the scan would contact me to set up a time for the scan, never heard from anyone. This place is a joke, should not be in the medical field at all.
Poorly trained, apathetic techs whose work and image quality is very poor (improper positioning, motion blur, over/under exposed, etc). Staff who answer the phones and dispatch the techs are lazy and incompetent. They over-schedule too many exams that the techs cannot complete before the end of their shifts, often leaving patients hanging and having to reschedule. These guys are total clowns. They did my mom's imaging and everything had to be repeated. Ultrasound was missing key components, xrays were unreadable. I'll definitely never use them again. Worst part is that all of these 5* reviews are coming from their EMPLOYEES! How much worse does it get???
Ordering doctor never received my ultrasound results. I was told the results were sent to a different radiology facility that doesn't even take my insurance. Will not use again.
Words can't describe how I feel towards Dr. Locnikar and staff. They are extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Locnikar is the most caring and loving Dr. In the business. Dr. Locnikar has gone out of his way for me so many times and has always given me amazing advice. His heart is huge and he's very compassionate towards his clients. MedX and Dr. Locnikar are the best!!
